Orchard View does not sell lots alone; available for purchase are lots with semi-custom, craftsman-style homes.

We only offer multi-story homes to provide spacious, high-quality homes at an affordable price. However, all five (5) models can be customized to include the owner’s bedroom on the main floor.

We use true, double-hung windows because they are more energy efficient and easier to clean than other window styles.
All of our homes are semi-custom, which allows you to make decisions every step of the way. Though there are structural elements that cannot be changed, we will work with you to give you the features that you want.

In the current homebuilding climate, it takes approximately 9 to 10 months after a building permit is issued. Note that this timeline may be altered by weather, supply chain issues, or other factors outside of our control.

Each of our kitchens is custom built to fit your needs.

The fee is $1000 upon purchase and $400 annually.
Yes, fences are permitted.
The HOA fee pays for lighting, maintenance, and landscaping at both entrances of Apple View Drive. It also covers the maintenance of infiltration and detention basins. Note that it does not include snow removal and grass-cutting on your property.
Yes, storage sheds are permitted–though we defer to Ferguson Township to outline the parameters.
